Flatrater Diagnostics is dedicated to providing inexpensive training for technicians in the field. Currently working as a driveability specialist, Jim Wilson has been a technician at GM dealerships for over 30 years. He is a GM certified Master Technician in Engine Performance and holds a California Unlimited Smog License as well as ASE certifications.

Design note: The layout of the site and the case studies within are a compromise. There are still many people using CRT monitors set at 800 x 600 resolution. Development for this site is being done on a large LCD set at 1680 x 1050.
